This project centered around creating an outdoor entertainment space for a client who is a chef, and restaurant owner and whose deep passion for food translated to also cooking at home for family and friends. She desired a space that facilitated her cooking and allowed her husband to entertain with a dedicated bar area. Due to the complex needs, we used mock-ups with plywood to determine the optimal heights for bars and countertops and to let the clients experience the different zones within the space. This hands-on approach ensured the final design met their expectations, allowing the couple to stay engaged with their guests while preparing memorable meals. The result was a functional and satisfying outdoor area perfectly tailored for cooking and entertaining.
